I’m Lindsay and I’m the surgical technician. I’ve been working with animals since 2015, where I started as a veterinary assistant for a high-volume spay and neuter facility. My experience there was very surgery focused, but I wanted to expand my knowledge of general animal health. I started at WOW in 2017 as a kennel technician so I could learn the more clinical aspect of animal wellness. Now I’ve returned to my roots in surgery (which is what I’m REALLY passionate about!) and I’m learning more every day and love caring for your pets. My goals for the future are to complete my state veterinary technician certification. Long-term I would love to educate our community by investing in conservation efforts for wildlife and exotic animals.
